    Description
Our much-loved six-person Wawona tent, named after an iconic Redwood, has been given a refresh. We’ve gone from single- to double-wall construction, re-engineered its poles and made set up easier. Don’t worry, we’ve kept the huge vestibule that makes it feel less like a tent, more like a home.

This is our third time using the Wawona 6, and it still impresses. We used it recently near the coast, and despite the wind, it stood firm. Interior layout works well – separate inner tent and flysheet make changing clothes or storing wet gear easier. Plenty of pockets inside for small items, and the mesh pockets at the top are perfect for torches or phones. Would definitely buy again – reliable and well-designed for regular campers.

We took the THE NORTH FACE Wawona 6 Tent on a weekend camping trip in the Lake District, and it was brilliant! Setup was straightforward, even with some gusty winds. Inside, there was plenty of space for our group of four, and we appreciated the extra headroom when moving around. The fabric kept us dry during a light drizzle overnight, and ventilation was great – no condensation issues. Definitely recommend this tent for families or groups heading out for a few nights in moderate conditions.

Used this tent for a hiking trip to Snowdonia and loved how easy it was to carry. The poles are sturdy yet lightweight, which made packing and unpacking hassle-free. Once pitched, the tent felt very secure, even in slightly rocky terrain. Sleeping six wasn’t an issue, and we had room for gear storage at the vestibule. Great value for a North Face product – solid build and weather resistance that held up well against mountain breezes.

Pitched this in the Cotswolds last weekend and couldn’t be happier. It’s surprisingly quick to assemble, especially with two people. The interior feels more like a cabin than a tent – lots of standing room and big enough for sleeping pads plus a small table. Weather resistance was spot on; we had some unexpected rain but stayed completely dry inside. Also, the delivery was fast and packaging was excellent – no damage to the tent upon arrival. A+ experience all round.

Decent tent overall. Pitched it in a local forest campsite with friends and found it spacious enough for six people if you’re not bringing too much extra kit. The rainfly did its job during a brief shower, though I’d be cautious in heavy storms. One thing I noticed is that the stakes could be a bit sturdier – they bent slightly when trying to anchor into harder ground. Still, good performance for the price and easy to set up.
