Great little generator! Used it extensively during a recent road trip across Wales. Quiet enough not to disturb the peaceful surroundings, yet powerful enough to run our portable heater when it got chilly. One minor issue was with the initial delivery - arrived slightly damaged but customer service sorted it out quickly. Overall very satisfied with both product and support.

Solid performer overall. Bought it mainly for powering camping equipment and small appliances during outdoor events. While it works well once running, found the starting mechanism a bit temperamental in colder weather. Customer service was helpful when I had questions about maintenance. Would still give it a thumbs up but be prepared to give the pull cord a good few tugs on chilly mornings!
